Based on the US Census Vintage data estimates, in 2020, the Illinois Non-Hispanic White alone male population was 3,792,339; and represented 59.97% of the total Illinois male population in 2020.

Cook County had the highest number of Non-Hispanic White alone male population (1,076,686), followed by DuPage County (298,303), and Will County (213,294).

On the other hand, Pulaski County had the lowest Non-Hispanic White alone male population (1,637), followed by Alexander County (1,651), and Hardin County (1,767).
