Based on the US Census Vintage data estimates, in 2018, the Illinois Non-Hispanic White alone male population was 3,821,472; and represented 61.12% of the total Illinois male population in 2018.

Cook County had the highest number of Non-Hispanic White alone male population (1,069,482), followed by DuPage County (302,042), and Will County (215,255).

On the other hand, Pulaski County had the lowest Non-Hispanic White alone male population (1,708), followed by Hardin County (1,850), and Alexander County (1,864).
