Based on the US Census Vintage data estimates, in 2015, the Illinois Non-Hispanic White alone male population was 3,918,828; and represented 62.07% of the total Illinois male population in 2015.

Cook County had the highest number of Non-Hispanic White alone male population (1,097,371), followed by DuPage County (309,771), and Lake County (220,833).

On the other hand, Pulaski County had the lowest Non-Hispanic White alone male population (1,773), followed by Hardin County (1,961), and Pope County (2,010).
