Based on the US Census Vintage data estimates, in 2014, the Illinois Non-Hispanic White alone male population was 3,945,792; and represented 62.39% of the total Illinois male population in 2014.

Cook County had the highest number of Non-Hispanic White alone male population (1,104,958), followed by DuPage County (311,475), and Lake County (222,559).

On the other hand, Pulaski County had the lowest Non-Hispanic White alone male population (1,798), followed by Hardin County (2,000), and Pope County (2,041).
