Based on the US Census Vintage data estimates, in 2013, the Illinois Non-Hispanic White alone male population was 3,968,367; and represented 62.70% of the total Illinois male population in 2013.

Cook County had the highest number of Non-Hispanic White alone male population (1,108,861), followed by DuPage County (313,533), and Lake County (224,388).

On the other hand, Pulaski County had the lowest Non-Hispanic White alone male population (1,810), followed by Hardin County (2,011), and Pope County (2,066).
