Based on the US Census Vintage data estimates, in 2012, the Illinois Non-Hispanic White alone male population was 3,982,021; and represented 63.01% of the total Illinois male population in 2012.

Cook County had the highest number of Non-Hispanic White alone male population (1,109,177), followed by DuPage County (314,228), and Lake County (224,925).

On the other hand, Pulaski County had the lowest Non-Hispanic White alone male population (1,834), followed by Pope County (2,051), and Hardin County (2,064).
