Based on the US Census Vintage data estimates, in 2011, the Illinois Non-Hispanic White alone male population was 3,996,031; and represented 63.31% of the total Illinois male population in 2011.

Cook County had the highest number of Non-Hispanic White alone male population (1,109,183), followed by DuPage County (315,151), and Lake County (225,877).

On the other hand, Pulaski County had the lowest Non-Hispanic White alone male population (1,843), followed by Hardin County (2,063), and Pope County (2,080).
