Based on the US Census Vintage data estimates, in 2016, the Illinois Non-Hispanic White alone male population was 3,889,825; and represented 61.76% of the total Illinois male population in 2016.

Cook County had the highest number of Non-Hispanic White alone male population (1,088,765), followed by DuPage County (307,496), and Will County (219,524).

On the other hand, Pulaski County had the lowest Non-Hispanic White alone male population (1,775), followed by Hardin County (1,927), and Pope County (1,954).
