Based on the US Census Vintage data estimates, in 2017, the Illinois Non-Hispanic White alone male population was 3,858,369; and represented 61.45% of the total Illinois male population in 2017.

Cook County had the highest number of Non-Hispanic White alone male population (1,080,363), followed by DuPage County (305,263), and Will County (217,548).

On the other hand, Pulaski County had the lowest Non-Hispanic White alone male population (1,741), followed by Hardin County (1,879), and Alexander County (1,897).
