Mecklenburg County had the highest number of Non-Hispanic Black or African American alone male population (164,138), followed by Wake County (106,563), and Guilford County (88,044).

On the other hand, Mitchell County had the lowest Non-Hispanic Black or African American alone male population (80), followed by Graham County (90), and Yancey County (93).
