Mecklenburg County had the highest number of Non-Hispanic Black or African American alone male population (162,384), followed by Wake County (105,627), and Guilford County (86,972).

On the other hand, Mitchell County had the lowest Non-Hispanic Black or African American alone male population (84), followed by Clay County (87), and Graham County (90).
