Mecklenburg County had the highest number of Non-Hispanic Black or African American alone male population (159,603), followed by Wake County (104,649), and Guilford County (85,877).

On the other hand, Mitchell County had the lowest Non-Hispanic Black or African American alone male population (73), followed by Clay County (85), and Yancey County (87).
