Based on the US Census Vintage data estimates, in 2020, the Asian Alone male population in Illinois was 374,110 and represented 5.92% of the total Illinois male population (6,323,271).

Among Illinois counties, Cook County had the highest Asian Alone male population (204,279), followed by DuPage County (59,456), and Lake County (30,203).
