Based on the US Census Vintage data estimates, in 2013, the Asian Alone male population in Illinois was 324,993 and represented 5.14% of the total Illinois male population (6,329,266).

Among Illinois counties, Cook County had the highest Asian Alone male population (177,691), followed by DuPage County (50,647), and Lake County (24,180).
