Based on the US Census Vintage data estimates, in 2016, the Asian Alone male population in Illinois was 347,471 and represented 5.52% of the total Illinois male population (6,297,836).

Among Illinois counties, Cook County had the highest Asian Alone male population (189,104), followed by DuPage County (54,408), and Lake County (26,785).
