Based on the US Census Vintage data estimates, in 2019, the Asian Alone male population in Illinois was 364,538 and represented 5.86% of the total Illinois male population (6,223,897).

Among Illinois counties, Cook County had the highest Asian Alone male population (197,607), followed by DuPage County (58,086), and Lake County (28,975).
