Based on the US Census Vintage data estimates, in 2011, the Asian Alone male population in Illinois was 303,475 and represented 4.81% of the total Illinois male population (6,311,920).

Among Illinois counties, Cook County had the highest Asian Alone male population (166,622), followed by DuPage County (47,241), and Lake County (22,687).
