Based on the US Census Vintage data estimates, in 2014, the Asian Alone male population in Illinois was 333,283 and represented 5.27% of the total Illinois male population (6,324,583).
Among Illinois counties, Cook County had the highest Asian Alone male population (182,347), followed by DuPage County (52,111), and Lake County (24,900).
