Based on the US Census Vintage data estimates, in 2018, the Asian Alone male population in Illinois was 360,918 and represented 5.77% of the total Illinois male population (6,252,095).

Among Illinois counties, Cook County had the highest Asian Alone male population (195,701), followed by DuPage County (57,473), and Lake County (28,515).
