Based on the US Census Vintage data estimates, in 2012, the Asian Alone male population in Illinois was 313,829 and represented 4.97% of the total Illinois male population (6,320,211).

Among Illinois counties, Cook County had the highest Asian Alone male population (171,852), followed by DuPage County (48,901), and Lake County (23,468).
