Based on the US Census Vintage data estimates, in 2015, the Asian Alone male population in Illinois was 341,322 and represented 5.41% of the total Illinois male population (6,314,089).

Among Illinois counties, Cook County had the highest Asian Alone male population (186,223), followed by DuPage County (53,371), and Lake County (25,888).
