Based on the US Census Vintage data estimates, in 2010, the Asian Alone male population in Illinois was 293,324 and represented 4.66% of the total Illinois male population (6,297,110).

Among Illinois counties, Cook County had the highest Asian Alone male population (160,962), followed by DuPage County (45,970), and Lake County (22,135).
