Based on the US Census Vintage data estimates, in 2017, the Asian Alone male population in Illinois was 355,138 and represented 5.66% of the total Illinois male population (6,278,554).

Among Illinois counties, Cook County had the highest Asian Alone male population (193,185), followed by DuPage County (55,941), and Lake County (27,670).
