Based on the US Census Vintage data estimates, in 2023, the Kentucky Non-Hispanic Black or African American alone female population was 190,970; and represented 8.37% of the total Kentucky female population in 2023.

Jefferson County had the highest number of Non-Hispanic Black or African American alone female population (93,077), followed by Fayette County (25,536), and Christian County (7,738).

On the other hand, Elliott County had the lowest Non-Hispanic Black or African American alone female population (4), followed by Wolfe County (11), and Robertson County (14).
