Based on the US Census Vintage data estimates, in 2023, the Kentucky Non-Hispanic Black or African American alone male population was 190,573; and represented 8.50% of the total Kentucky male population in 2023.

Jefferson County had the highest number of Non-Hispanic Black or African American alone male population (81,646), followed by Fayette County (24,478), and Christian County (7,503).

On the other hand, Robertson County had the lowest Non-Hispanic Black or African American alone male population (13), followed by Wolfe County (15), and Owsley County (25).
