Based on the US Census Vintage data estimates, in 2019, the Kentucky Non-Hispanic Black or African American alone female population was 184,878; and represented 8.15% of the total Kentucky female population in 2019.

Jefferson County had the highest number of Non-Hispanic Black or African American alone female population (89,896), followed by Fayette County (25,215), and Christian County (7,579).

On the other hand, Elliott County had the lowest Non-Hispanic Black or African American alone female population (4), followed by Wolfe County (6), and Owsley County (10).
