Based on the US Census Vintage data estimates, in 2020, the Kentucky Non-Hispanic Black or African American alone female population was 186,386; and represented 8.20% of the total Kentucky female population in 2020.

Jefferson County had the highest number of Non-Hispanic Black or African American alone female population (91,471), followed by Fayette County (24,867), and Christian County (7,826).

On the other hand, Elliott County had the lowest Non-Hispanic Black or African American alone female population (4), followed by Robertson County (9), and Wolfe County (10).
