Jefferson County had the highest number of Non-Hispanic Black or African American alone female population (92,535), followed by Fayette County (25,377), and Christian County (7,701).

On the other hand, Elliott County had the lowest Non-Hispanic Black or African American alone female population (4), followed by Wolfe County (13), and Owsley County (13).
