Jefferson County had the highest number of Non-Hispanic Black or African American alone female population (88,033), followed by Fayette County (24,109), and Christian County (7,485).

On the other hand, Elliott County had the lowest Non-Hispanic Black or African American alone female population (4), followed by Robertson County (5), and Wolfe County (7).
