Based on the US Census Vintage data estimates, in 2021, the Kentucky Non-Hispanic Black or African American alone female population was 187,754; and represented 8.26% of the total Kentucky female population in 2021.

Jefferson County had the highest number of Non-Hispanic Black or African American alone female population (92,041), followed by Fayette County (25,101), and Christian County (7,875).

On the other hand, Elliott County had the lowest Non-Hispanic Black or African American alone female population (4), followed by Wolfe County (11), and Owsley County (13).
