Based on the US Census Vintage data estimates, in 2018, the Kentucky Non-Hispanic Black or African American alone female population was 183,319; and represented 8.09% of the total Kentucky female population in 2018.

Jefferson County had the highest number of Non-Hispanic Black or African American alone female population (89,466), followed by Fayette County (24,815), and Christian County (7,530).

On the other hand, Elliott County had the lowest Non-Hispanic Black or African American alone female population (4), followed by Wolfe County (6), and Robertson County (8).
