Based on the US Census Vintage data estimates, in 2017, the Kentucky Non-Hispanic Black or African American alone female population was 181,990; and represented 8.05% of the total Kentucky female population in 2017.

Jefferson County had the highest number of Non-Hispanic Black or African American alone female population (89,066), followed by Fayette County (24,448), and Christian County (7,555).

On the other hand, Elliott County had the lowest Non-Hispanic Black or African American alone female population (3), followed by Robertson County (5), and Wolfe County (6).
