Jefferson County had the highest number of Non-Hispanic Black or African American alone female population (82,254), followed by Fayette County (22,072), and Christian County (7,875).

On the other hand, Elliott County had the lowest Non-Hispanic Black or African American alone female population (1), followed by Robertson County (2), and Wolfe County (3).
