Based on the US Census Vintage data estimates, in 2022, the Kentucky Non-Hispanic Black or African American alone male population was 188,783; and represented 8.44% of the total Kentucky male population in 2022.

Jefferson County had the highest number of Non-Hispanic Black or African American alone male population (81,372), followed by Fayette County (24,369), and Christian County (7,585).

On the other hand, Robertson County had the lowest Non-Hispanic Black or African American alone male population (10), followed by Wolfe County (17), and Owsley County (23).
