Based on the US Census Vintage data estimates, in 2019, the Kentucky Non-Hispanic Black or African American alone male population was 182,771; and represented 8.30% of the total Kentucky male population in 2019.

Jefferson County had the highest number of Non-Hispanic Black or African American alone male population (78,372), followed by Fayette County (23,936), and Christian County (7,598).

On the other hand, Robertson County had the lowest Non-Hispanic Black or African American alone male population (10), followed by Owsley County (12), and Wolfe County (16).
