Based on the US Census Vintage data estimates, in 2018, the Kentucky Non-Hispanic Black or African American alone male population was 180,634; and represented 8.22% of the total Kentucky male population in 2018.

Jefferson County had the highest number of Non-Hispanic Black or African American alone male population (77,734), followed by Fayette County (23,615), and Christian County (7,561).

On the other hand, Robertson County had the lowest Non-Hispanic Black or African American alone male population (6), followed by Owsley County (14), and Wolfe County (16).
