Based on the US Census Vintage data estimates, in 2016, the Kentucky Non-Hispanic Black or African American alone male population was 177,226; and represented 8.10% of the total Kentucky male population in 2016.

Jefferson County had the highest number of Non-Hispanic Black or African American alone male population (76,601), followed by Fayette County (22,776), and Christian County (7,651).

On the other hand, Robertson County had the lowest Non-Hispanic Black or African American alone male population (3), followed by Owsley County (13), and Magoffin County (14).
