Based on the US Census Vintage data estimates, in 2022, the Pennsylvania Non-Hispanic Black or African American alone female population was 729,570; and represented 11.09% of the total Pennsylvania female population in 2022.

Philadelphia County had the highest number of Non-Hispanic Black or African American alone female population (341,532), followed by Allegheny County (86,667), and Delaware County (69,671).

On the other hand, Forest County had the lowest Non-Hispanic Black or African American alone female population (8), followed by Cameron County (15), and Sullivan County (32).
