Philadelphia County had the highest number of Non-Hispanic Black or African American alone female population (335,646), followed by Allegheny County (86,062), and Delaware County (70,406).

On the other hand, Forest County had the lowest Non-Hispanic Black or African American alone female population (10), followed by Cameron County (15), and Sullivan County (33).
