Philadelphia County had the highest number of Non-Hispanic Black or African American alone female population (348,390), followed by Allegheny County (87,389), and Delaware County (68,831).

On the other hand, Forest County had the lowest Non-Hispanic Black or African American alone female population (9), followed by Cameron County (14), and Potter County (32).
