Philadelphia County had the highest number of Non-Hispanic Black or African American alone female population (356,816), followed by Allegheny County (87,262), and Delaware County (62,442).

On the other hand, Forest County had the lowest Non-Hispanic Black or African American alone female population (7), followed by Cameron County (10), and Potter County (25).
