Philadelphia County had the highest number of Non-Hispanic Black or African American alone female population (352,868), followed by Allegheny County (87,709), and Delaware County (68,209).

On the other hand, Forest County had the lowest Non-Hispanic Black or African American alone female population (8), followed by Cameron County (14), and Sullivan County (32).
