Philadelphia County had the highest number of Non-Hispanic Black or African American alone female population (353,942), followed by Allegheny County (86,543), and Delaware County (64,522).

On the other hand, Forest County had the lowest Non-Hispanic Black or African American alone female population (7), followed by Cameron County (15), and Potter County (30).
