Philadelphia County had the highest number of Non-Hispanic Black or African American alone male population (281,930), followed by Allegheny County (75,247), and Delaware County (60,665).

On the other hand, Cameron County had the lowest Non-Hispanic Black or African American alone male population (14), followed by Potter County (46), and Sullivan County (80).
