Philadelphia County had the highest number of Non-Hispanic Black or African American alone female population (356,579), followed by Allegheny County (86,857), and Delaware County (62,815).

On the other hand, Forest County had the lowest Non-Hispanic Black or African American alone female population (6), followed by Cameron County (12), and Potter County (28).
