Philadelphia County had the highest number of Non-Hispanic Black or African American alone female population (355,446), followed by Allegheny County (86,728), and Delaware County (63,545).

On the other hand, Forest County had the lowest Non-Hispanic Black or African American alone female population (7), followed by Cameron County (13), and Potter County (30).
