Philadelphia County had the highest number of Non-Hispanic Black or African American alone male population (293,166), followed by Allegheny County (75,849), and Delaware County (59,185).

On the other hand, Cameron County had the lowest Non-Hispanic Black or African American alone male population (14), followed by Potter County (53), and Sullivan County (80).
