Philadelphia County had the highest number of Non-Hispanic Black or African American alone male population (295,607), followed by Allegheny County (75,015), and Delaware County (54,721).

On the other hand, Cameron County had the lowest Non-Hispanic Black or African American alone male population (19), followed by Potter County (48), and Fulton County (67).
