Philadelphia County had the highest number of Non-Hispanic Black or African American alone male population (296,022), followed by Allegheny County (74,763), and Delaware County (53,320).

On the other hand, Cameron County had the lowest Non-Hispanic Black or African American alone male population (17), followed by Potter County (42), and Fulton County (64).
