Based on the US Census Vintage data estimates, in 2012, the Kentucky Non-Hispanic Black or African American alone male population was 170,675; and represented 7.90% of the total Kentucky male population in 2012.

Jefferson County had the highest number of Non-Hispanic Black or African American alone male population (73,013), followed by Fayette County (21,519), and Christian County (7,643).

On the other hand, Robertson County had the lowest Non-Hispanic Black or African American alone male population (4), followed by Owsley County (9), and Jackson County (10).
